AT POINT B AND THAMS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO INDEPENDENTLY DEVELOP YOUR INNER BEAUTY WITH YOUR OWN EFFORT AND YOUR OWN CREATION

AT SOME POINT B OR SOME NEW HIGHER LEVEL OF CURRENT PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL STATE THAT WE ALL DESIRE

AND IT DEPENDS ON US HOW REGULARLY WE WILL PRACTICE REAL EXERCISES AND HOW MUCH TIME DURING THE DAY WE HAVE TO DEDICATE TO OURSELVES,

AS SOON AS WE ASCEND TO A LEVEL IN WHICH IT WILL BE MORE CONSCIOUS, MORE CONSCIOUS AND MORE SPIRITUAL.
